UAOS Impact
Founded in 1988, United Administrators of Oakland Schools (UAOS) serves as the exclusive bargaining representative for OUSD administrators. Our legal standing empowers us to negotiate on behalf of our members regarding wages, benefits, working conditions, health and safety, professional development, and more. We also represent individual members to ensure that OUSD operates in a manner that is fair, lawful, and respectful of contractual rights.
