“Providing mentors to school leaders is the most important thing," Fran says. "This is a passion of mine. Never undersell mentoring. I had so many mentors, it’s the reason I was able to have success and longevity.”
"A hundred percent dedicated to the union," Carey says, "the union in St. Louis is so important because we don't have collective bargaining, so we have to do absolutely everything for our people."
